I don't know who said it.  The quote is from a press release regarding
the creation of the Python Software Foundation that is prominently
posted on www.python.org.  I suppose we could ask Lori Pike whose name
appears at the bottom of the press release as a "Media & Analysts
Contact" at ActiveState.
