Help with win32net

Greetings. I just downloaded ActivePython 2.0beta. Installed fine (after
the installer update) but am having a problem. When I import win32net, I
receive the following error message:

Traceback (most recent call last):
  File "<stdin>", line 1, in ?
ImportError: DLL load failed: A device attached to the system is not
functioning
.
Why is this occuring?

System: Win95b, 96MB ram, need any more info?
