"OS" vs. "bundled apps and tools"...
Still I thought Win2k had deltree for parity..
You can write your own portable one, the underlying
FindFirstFile/FindNextFile/DeleteFile/RemoveDirectory are pretty much the
same. Look at the function DeleteDirectory in the attached.
