The wxPython download page:

has binary installers for all three versions of Python (v1.5.2, v1.6 and
v2.0b). So if you do want to use it under Python 2.0b it looks like you want
this one:

    http://download.sourceforge.net/wxpython/wxPython-2.2.1-Py20b1.EXE
