Where is the Global Module Index in 1.6?

Hi there,

I've just installed Python 1.6 (Windows installer),
went straight to the documentation and found that the
Global Module Index (.../Python16/Doc/modindex.html)
is empty, except for the usual pythondoc header and
footer.

Any idea on why this has been left out?
