I had a go with 2.0b1 and it seemed to work after I trawled through and
replaced the refs to python15.dll with 20. I'm afraid that I've just
rather stupidly deleted my whole python20 tree as a prelude to
installing b2 so the hacked code is lost. I know I rebuilt the run.exe
etc as they depend internally on the 15 dll.
