Question about PythonPath

Hi,

is it possible to change the Python path at runtime? I want to clear
out the default directories and just use my own, without relying on
the windows registry.

I'm deploying a application which has it own directory with modules,
and should not look at all at any possible other Python installation
the client has. Any suggestions?
