Y'know Tim, for someone who has as much too-close-for-comfort knowledge of
floating point as you do, I'm surprised you don't use rational winkage.  You
don't want someone to think you mean <.10000000000000001 wink>, do you?
How are we supposed to interpret your posts if we can't be sure *exactly* how
far your tongue is in your cheek?
