Next, consider the following strictly hypothetical example: suppose the
web site of some variant of Python, say, "Stackless", used a specific
image of a snake owned by, say, "The Walt Disney Company", as part of
one of its larger copyrighted works, say, "The Jungle Book".  Do you
think The Magic Kingdom would set their their Legal Wolves loose on it?
