Free Medusa-based hosting?

Anybody know of a free (or very low cost) hosting service that will allow me
to run a socket-based Python server, like Medusa, with at least 20 megabytes
of disk space?  I find the nature of CGI (independent processes) difficult
for effective two-way communication in the design of my client-server system
and would appreciate something like http://free.prohosting.com but for
custom servers.  (That is assuming ProHosting won't let me do this - I have
yet to hear from them...)

Does this sound realistic or would it be easier for me to try breaking the
warp 10 barrier and hence travel at infinite velocity?
