Highlights:

  1. new RPMS for python interface
  2. bug fixes in Smalltalk interface
  3. support for multiple remote execution daemons (isdexecd)

Though the Java interface is technically working, I haven't any production
code that stresses it.  Also, building it seemed fairly dependent on the IBM
VAJ 118 stuff so in this release it's commented-out.  If you'd like to build a
version that supports Java, you'll have to edit isd/java.c so the shared
library supports Java JNI calls.
