Is Starship being hosted at BeOpen once again?

Are you quite sure of that, Tim?  starship.python.net, at IP address
63.102.49.30, is certainly using the chroot'ed jail described by Ethan
Mindlace of DC.  And traceroutes for BeOpen sites all go through
above.net, but a traceroute for starship doesn't do that, though it
doesn't follow the same route as digicool.com.
