CC?  CC officer???  (I have no idea what you're talking about)

I'm canadian too, you know...and a big fan of the Red Green Show.  My
"internet", though, is the result of writing down the TCP/IP packets on a
piece of bark and running them over to the telegraph dude, who translates it
to morse code and "wires" it to a computer in the states that converts it to
a digital packet.  Receiving is pretty much the same thing, in reverse,
although it's quite the pain to input those packets in my computer.  Our
"internet" speed is measured in Seconds Per Bits (SPB)...
