NumPy Installation on Win32

I wanted to install NumPy on my Windows machine, and
visited the ftp site at ftp://ftp-icf.llnl.gov/pub/python/.
The pdf document said that there is a binary install version
for win32, whose name is "NumPy.exe" but I couldn't find
it in the ftp site.
