mxDateTime in macpython 2

I'm trying to get the ODBC module working, and it relies on mxDateTime,
which doesn't work in python 2.0. Does anyone have a copy that works with
(mac) python 2.0

Or does anyone know for certain that the ODBC modules won't work?
