Python 2.0 and SOAP

BTW, I have a SOAP patch to fix a few bugs available as part of lye
 http://www.biopython.org/~dalke/lye/
It allows you to pass binary strings and arrays, however, I don't know
how well that patch fits in with the SOAP spec.
