The catalog sig is looking at the long term of replicating at least code
resources.  I'm monitoring that process with the intent of providing some
space someday.  I hope I'm not the only one who could.  I might be convinced
to find space sooner than later if it was simple enough.

My impression is that the current Starship problems are not entirely
technical, but organizational/political/logistical.  Only if there is a
stable Starship would it be possible to mirror it.
