UCP (Universal Computer Protocol)

[Super Bolo]

Hi all,
is there anybody who has implemented this protocol (which is used to send
GSM SMS) in Python?? Also didn't find any relevant info or RFC on this
protocol... could you help me directing to some useful doc and/or sending
useful code?
Also not sure about UCP role in sending SMS... but asking this would be
OT...
