[ANNOUNCE] PyUnit unit testing framework 1.1.0

There's a new release of the PyUnit unit testing framework available for
download at:

This is a relatively minor enhancement release, which includes improved
examples, documentation clarifications, and some new core functionality
suggested by existing PyUnit users.
