Python 1.6 and PyQt in SunWorld

SunWorld has published in their latest edition an article on Python 1.6
and Qt 2.x Cameron Laird and I have collaborated on. It's an
introductory tutorial to building a Unicode character set viewer.
Besides that one, a week earlier they published an article by us about
Phil Thompson, who created sip, PyQt and PyKDE.
