get the list of expected arguments?

IDLE has this built in, so it should be possible to extract the source
to extract the parameter names with help of manual extraction tools
like your favorite editor.

Someone also posted some code some time ago. Look for ``Signature'' with
som... eh, I mean dejanews :-)
