Argh.  A little while after I started Zope, Starship hung completely.
This happened once before when the file descriptor table filled up.
That the machine crashed after starting Zope is perhaps only
coincidental, but I'm suspicious and would prefer not to resume
running Zope on Starship.  

David Ascher told me that PyOpenGL is being moved to SourceForge,
though the code hasn't actually shown up yet, but it shouldn't be lost
for much longer.
