DCOracle installation

I'm trying to install DCOracle-1.3.0 but I get this
error:

make[1]: *** No rule to make target 
`/usr/lib/python1.5/config/Makefile', needed
 by `sedscript'.  Stop.

I think it means that the makefile don't find this file. I read the rest 
of the makefile and I see that it needs other file of this directory, but 
I haven't the directory `/usr/lib/python1.5/config'!
Could some one send to me its contents?
