Optional Underscores (py3k)?

   Optional underscores in numbers would be much more useful to me. I think
it was Ada that had this but grouping numbers is generally done in writen
communication.

   timBotMemory = 100_000_000

or for Indic specific code

   timBotMemory = 1_0000_0000
