I dont believe there are sources to Pythonwin available that actually _do_
work with Python 1.4!!!

go to http://starship.python.net/crew/mhammond/cvs.html, and you will find
all the info you need to get access to the very latest (ie, todays!)
version of all the win32 stuff...
