How to embed message in Exchange ??

Hello All
 I'm using the testExchange script as stepping stone send messages
embeded with text (like HTML, RTF) using MAPI. As per MS docs. I need
to create an attachment object and set its type to ActMsgOle.
 The question is how and from where do I tell python to load the type
definitions.
 This is what the attchment object needs

      ' Active Messaging 1.1
      oAttachment.Type = ActMsgOle
