Where is the Tools directory supposed to be???

Maybe RedHat didn't bother to leave the Tools directory in their Python
distribution. Your best bet might be to go to http://www.python.org/download,
pick up a copy of py152.tgz, and unpack the Tools directory from that.
Then you can put it wherever you want.
