Well, that's exactly the criterion I've used.

OK, I don't mind.

Those two would be too explicit. Postings about TK would go into c.l.py.gui
above, and win32-matters would go into c.l.py.os above. If those groups
wants to split later, then they may want something like c.l.py.gui.tk or
c.l.py.os.win, but that's ahead of time.

I most certainly agree. The fact that we don't see each other doesn't mean
that we shouldn't be polite.
