Python MLKs (memory leaks)

I've have 11 Python memory leaks I pulled out of a short Purify run.
All stack frames are core Python calls AFAICT.

I'd like to address these, so what's the best next step?  Submit them as a
bug report?  Can I glean more info about these leaks in some way that would
be useful?  Favorite tools?

Any tips appreciated.
