Current state of Stackless Python and the Pilot port?

There was quite a lot of excitement about 2 months ago about the fact that
stackless was going to allow the CPython interpreter to be run on smaller
targets like the Palm Pilot.  Has anything come of this?  Last I heard was
"in a couple of weeks, when I've got it cleaned up."
