Ann: Plex 0.5 - Lexical Analyser Module

Version 0.5 of Plex, a scanner generator for Python,
is now available:

http://www.cosc.canterbury.ac.nz/~greg/python/Plex

It's now fully documented, some bugs have been
fixed, and some enhancements made.
