Tcl/Tk and the Python Installer/Distributor

There is a Python Module Packer for standalone applications found on
Gordon's Starship Page (http://starship.python.net/crew/gmcm/index.html)

You can create a standalone application including Tcl/Tk and all needed Dlls
of a python project.
That works all fine but I have one problem: The *.tcl files of the Tcl
distribution are not packed into the archive or
saved anywhere else, but they are needed by Tkinter.py. Is there a
possibility to put them into the archives?
