File dialog

Is there any package available, which has a file dialag available,
similar to that of programs like Acrobat Reader, Netscape etc, i.e.:

a directories field with vertical scrollbar
a Files field with vertical scrollbar
a Selection field
and a Filter field
an Open/OK button
a Cancel button.

This thing would return a string representing the choosen file.
