Hi Alan.

It's running under ConCurrent DOS, which is a mutli-user/multi-tasking OS
that does not support DOS extenders. The DOS versions of 1.5.2 on the Python
website all use DOS extenders and the 1.2 binaries are the only ones that
work (so far).
