Pythonwin is terrible!

Okay, 2 questions.  Seem like basic enough functionality to be in pythonwin,
but I dont see it.
1. How do you kill an infinite loop program without killing the pythonwin
environment?
2. How can you 'unload' a module so that you can overwrite the .pyd without
leaving the pythonwin environment?

If there are no answers to these questions, someone needs to work on
pythonwin's "development" capabilities.
