Tkinter: any drag-and-drop features, yet?

Hi,

I have not touched Tkinter for a while, now.

Is there any drag-and-drop feature now in Tkinter or any other Python public 
graphical interface? Sometimes I think the Unix community is so reluctant in 
incorporating drag-and-drop that the cross-platform GUI system will never be 
as competitive as Visual Basic.
