Win32 Serial Port Setup

Hi,

I would like to know how to set up the serial port using the win32 package
by Hammond.  I see some stuff in the MS SDK on it but dont see the
equivalent in the win32 package or docs.  I think that I am using build 125
if that makes a difference.

I know there is a Sio module but I would like to do it directly.

A code snip would be useful as I am new to this.
