Some questions about history...

Hello,

I'm creating a Dutch Python page, and want to tell something about
the history. But I can't find out the following things:

	- When did the PSA begin?
	- When was the domain www.python.org registered?
	- When was c.l.py founded? When was c.l.py.announce founded?

Even better than answers would be a link to a story telling the
answers to those questions.
