Like you, I'm not advanced enough to know whether I need garbage
collection or not and would dearly like a good folding editor (but not
to the point of writing one myself). But I'd like a really advanced
editor to play with, too - one that interprets all kinds of things in
commands, can do intelligent things with the relations that are buried
in my code. I've always found class browsers confusing, though. They
never seem to give enough information.
