How can I use tcl/tk 8.2.2 in Python

I don't really understand why this happens but I suspect you 
have some Tcl/Tk DLLs in your Windows\System32 directory.

Delete(or rename if your nervous) those DLLs and the error 
should go away.... Its worked (several times) for me! :-)
