Looking for open source hosting site

I was surfing several weeks ago and came across a site that offered free
hosting of open source projects. There was an application form, in which you
detail your project, and (if I recall correctly) it would assign you a
subdomain (i.e., if the site was www.site.org, your project would be
www.project.site.org) and give you access.

Unfortunately, I didn't bookmark the site, and can't find it now. Does
anybody know the site I'm talking about? Please e-mail, and I'll summarize.
