VMS+Python+Oracle ?

Has anyone gotten Python on VMS to talk to Oracle (also on VMS)?

I found the page http://www.zope.org/Products/DCOracle/ where the Oracle
driver for Python lives, but there is no mention of VMS there.

I'll eventually get around to trying it; but I was wondering if anyone
else has success/failure stories, things to watch out for, etc ...
