BSDDB copyright and licensing restrictions while in use via Python

It's a bit out of date.  It mentions 2.3 and yet 2.7 and 3.0 are the only
ones up there on the Sleepycat web page.

Do you think it would be hard to get 3.0 going? I'll see what I can do with
it.
