fetch a html page via proxy?

Just a note to say that I fixed my proxy problem (whoohoo!) by getting
the urrlib module from the tarball of the 1.5.2 version, and copied it
into place.

Dunno what was wrong with my old copy, but this -- along with using the
http_proxy environment variable -- did the trick.

(Now maybe I can sleep!)
