  Have you ever used it?  I'd say it's a point against.  Modula-3 is
nice, but the widget set didn't behave in a way that I liked whenever
I played with the sample code.  It was enough that I didn't use it for 
any GUI work, though I liked the language and the "Network Objects"
support.
