Controlling the Parallel Port

SWIG, the Simplified Wrapper and Interface Generator, is available at
http://www.swig.org/
It makes it easier, sometimes trivial, to make a module for your
favorite interpreter from a c lib.
For the parapin lib, it was trivial...
If you get SWIG and the parapin lib, you can have a working parapin
module for Python in about five minutes...
