Hello,

this is kind of off-topic, but not quite. I cannot find any comprehensive
introduction
to XML that gives real information on what is it used for. As far as I could
grasp,
it allows to define structures to store data cretaing your html-like tags,
and rules
to format them on a xml-compliant browser... but I keep reading things about
"developing web sites or applications with xml" and then I get lost.

Anyone any pointer or hint, please?
