With the PyGTK documentation.  You can find the PyGTK home page at: 

http://www.daa.com.au/~james/pygtk/

Gtkinter.py has been replaced with gtk.py (since about 11/98).  So
unless you are maintaining legacy code, you probably want to look at the
gtk.py documentation.
