I recently purchased a copy of this book and have only skimmed most
chapters to date. I have, however, read Chapter 22 more carefully and
found it essential for developing a dll extension library for Python.
Being unfamiliar with Win 32 programming, I found the chapter clear,
complete, and accurate.
