My missing posts

It appears my incredibly slack ISP (Telstra - Australias biggest telco
for God's sake!) hasnt been propagating my news posts since 23/Sep/99.
I only just noticed when checking DejaNews.

If there are Windows specific questions that have not been addressed
by anyone else, you may like to ask them again (Im now reading it
through the mailing list)

Unfortunately Telstra has a local monopoly on Cable modems, so
changing ISPs would be quite painful...
